We are certified English and French translators, members of “Colegio de Traductores Públicos del Uruguay”.

We also work with experts of other languages, such as Arabic, Catalan, Chinese, Dutch, Russian, among others. Due to the fact that there are no certified translators of these languages, translations are done by a certified translator and an expert of those languages. In this case, official translations are always into Spanish.

OFFICIAL TRANSLATIONS

Translations that require the seal and signature of a national certified translator.
Examples of documents which require official translations:
• General legal documents (contracts, powers of attorney, etc).
• Notarial certificates.
• Documents of the Register of Vital Records.
• Business documents.
• Degrees and general school documents.
• Patents.
We also make “certificados de concordancia” (concordance certificates) in case of documents that have already been translated abroad.

INTERPRETATIONS

We offer simultaneous and consecutive interpretations in English. Likewise, we are authorized to act as interpreters of English, Portuguese and French in civil marriages.

VIDEO SUBTITLING

We work with an editor and we provide the subtitling of company or institutional videos.
For such purpose, we ask for a copy of the material and we give you the videos with subtitles with a list format so that you can import it in your edition program or in DVD format with the menu option.

PAPERWORK AT PUBLIC OFFICES

We offer to file any paperwork for you in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Register of Vital Records, Ministry of the Interior, Embassies and Consulates.
This service is especially useful for people who do not have time and for those who do not live in Montevideo..
